A Mix of Media describes Linda Miller’s approach to making art. For this show, photography of the back roads of Calhoun County provided inspiration. Miller often works wet on wet, a technique involving a combination of transparent and opaque watercolor paints, as well as watercolor pencils, water-soluble oil pastels, and watercolor crayons on wet paper. In mixed media collage, a wide range of paper, paint, and fiber is used to create an image.
