St.

Reaction.” In “Letting go a breath I didn’t
know I was holding” St. Louis artist Joe Chesla filled
2,920 plastic bags with a mixture of porcelain and algae and
installed them directly on the Reiners Gallery windows allowing
light and heat to influence the algae’s growth and affect the
color and pattern of the installation. The Schmidt and Cox
Galleries hosts New York City artist Jenny Boudreault’s
“Awakenings,” a series of portraits of everyday people.
