Birds of Winter: Eagle Sundays

  • Audubon Center at Riverlands 301 Riverlands Way West Alton, MO, 63386 United States (map)

You're guaranteed to see at least one eagle if you make this day at the Audubon Center at Riverlands an eagle watching adventure. The World Bird Sanctuary will be bringing a live bald eagle for the public to view up close and personal, during this eagle meet and greet. Be sure to bring your camera. Learn about eagle watching, how to spot eagles, where to look, and what brings the eagles here each winter. After this personal encounter you can pick up an official All Around Alton Eagle Watcher's Guide and set off along the Great River Road to see eagles in their natural habitat.
