The Jacoby Arts Center is hosting a free to the public Art Market in its Main Gallery, as a part of The Alton Eagle Ice Festival. The Alton Eagle Ice Festival is a popular free event hosted by Great Rivers and Routes drawing hundreds of visitors to downtown Alton.
