Schmidt Art Center Rotating Exhibits

The Schmidt Art Center is hosting two art exhibits.
Joe Page: Flow Chart The escapist allure of immersive environments drives Page’s work, which orients the viewer in a place of comfort and curiosity. The vibrant colors, reductive imagery, and illustrated movements within the “Flow Chart” series of installations are deceptively simple, derivative of early video games, pinball machines, mass transit maps, and schematic diagrams.
Angel Brame: Repurpose, Reengineer, and Relocate - Brame takes regular objects, typically vintage, that have been tossed aside and constructs critters then “MacGyvers” them as a means of escaping their current habitats.
Visiting Hours:
Monday - Tuesday: 9 am - 3 pm
Wednesday: 9 am - 5 pm
Thursdays: 9 am - 8 pm
Friday - Saturday: 11 am - 5 pm
